Two Regional Offices
We have locations in Jacksonville and Central Florida (Longwood). If you live in Northeast or Central Florida, there is a real chance to work close to home.
Roles We Hire
Who We're Looking For
The kinds of roles we hire for across both regional offices. Specific openings vary throughout the year — even if you don't see your exact role listed, qualified candidates are always encouraged to reach out.
HVAC Service Technicians
Diagnose and repair residential AC and heating systems. EPA certification and prior service experience required. Florida HVAC apprentice or contractor license preferred.
HVAC Installation Crews
Install new AC and heat pump systems in residential homes. Strong attention to load calculations, ductwork, and clean installations. Experience with Carrier equipment a plus.
Comfort Specialists / Sales
Visit homes, assess HVAC needs, and walk customers through system options and quotes. HVAC sales experience or technical background required.
Plumbing Technicians (Jax)
Service and installation work in the Jacksonville region. Florida plumbing license required. Drain cleaning, water heater, and basic plumbing experience.
Electricians (Jax)
Residential electrical work in the Jacksonville region. Florida electrical license required. Service, repair, and panel work experience.
Customer Service / Office
Answer customer calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate with field teams. HVAC industry knowledge helpful but not required.
