What Every Maintenance Visit Covers
Every plan includes two comprehensive visits per year. Here is what our licensed technicians inspect, test, and service at each visit.
Electrical and Safety
- Measure operating volts/amps throughout the system
- Inspect all voltage absorption components
- Tighten all electrical connections through the entire system
- Inspect breakers and fuses for proper functioning
- Inspect all safety controls to ensure proper operation
Refrigerant and Drainage
- Check and ensure proper refrigerant charge and pressures
- Clean out water removal system
- Purge and flush condensate removal system
Mechanical and Performance
- Check thermostat operations for accuracy
- Check filtration and replace as needed (if owner supplies filter)
- Tighten all loose screws and replace missing ones
- Clear outdoor unit free of debris, leaves, bugs, and trash
- Wipe or brush inside of blower unit to remove dust
Platinum and Diamond Add
- Clean indoor coil with brush and detergent cleaner
- Treat indoor air movement system with Micro Ban
- Condensate drain pan protection treatment
- Clean outdoor coil with low-pressure cleaning agent and rinse
Plan Details
- Scheduling: All plans include automatic reminders and scheduling for two visits per year (every six months).
- Diagnostics: No service charge or diagnostic fee on any plan.
- After-hours: Priority service with no overtime or after-hours charges for repairs.
- Discounts: Repair service and parts discounts included on all plans.
- Warranty: Membership ensures your manufacturer warranty remains valid.
- Renewal: Plans auto-renew unless you choose to cancel. Cancellation requires 30 days notice.
- Diamond eligibility: Available within the first year of a new system purchase from Elite AC LLC. Existing customers with continuous maintenance history may qualify with management approval.
