The RGF REME HALO mounts into your supply plenum and runs on 24 VAC tapped from your air handler. Its PHI cell produces a low level of airborne hydrogen peroxide that disperses through the ductwork — rather than waiting for contaminants to pass through a single filter point. The cell comes with a built-in countdown timer so you actually know when it needs replacement.

New REME HALO Installation
We mount the unit in your supply plenum, tap 24 VAC from the air handler, and confirm the countdown timer is reading correctly before we leave. Typical install is under an hour per air handler — it’s a retrofit, not a ductwork overhaul.
PHI Cell Replacement (PHIC-RH)
The PHI cell has an 18,000–25,000 hour service life per the RGF spec, and a 2-year warranty. The integrated countdown timer tells you when replacement is due. Elite AC stocks the correct PHIC-RH replacement cell and handles it on schedule through your maintenance plan.
HVAC Sizing & Compatibility Check
The REME HALO Gen2 is rated for 2.5–6 ton systems and 800–2,400 CFM airflow, per the RGF spec sheet. We confirm your system is inside that range before quoting — we will not install a unit outside its rated envelope.

PHI combines UVC light with an advanced catalyst to create low-level airborne hydrogen peroxide along with bipolar ions. What REME HALO Does Not Replace
