Ross & Mel came to clean my Ducts & my dryer Vent. They called me before they got here and they were very polite and gave me great advice I use another company for my ac and was hesitant to have them check for bacteria but I was so glad I let them do it because they found it in the ducts. Maybe my migraines will let up and my breathing and sinus problems will get a lot better. I know for sure that I will use them again and tell all my friends to call Elite AC ASAP. These guys have best prices in town, best service in town and to make everything better they actually respect you as a customer. My experience with Elite AC was very good. The gentlemen that worked with my issue from beginning to end included: Smitty, Jason, Farren, and Michael were very professional and thorough. I had a different AC company come out and take a look at my AC prior to Elite. The guy was trying to rush me into making a purchase and didn't want me to check for myself the information he was giving me. Needless to say, I didn't go with them or would refer them to anyone. The guys from Elite explained to me exactly what was needed and what was not needed. Smitty and Jason worked the whole time they were at my home. They cleaned up everything and left no trash behind. They even made some cosmetic repairs in my garage where my handler is, which made it look a lot better than it did previously. When Farren and Michael came for the duct cleaning, their work ethics were the same. I'd highly recommend Elite to perform work for all of my friends or anyone needing AC repair.

I recently found a coupon for a tune up for my AC I was a little hesitant at first because I have never used this company but let me tell you once it was all over I was extremely satisfied I don't know much about my AC unit but they took the time to explain to me how it worked and even gave me tips on how to maintain it so that I didn't have to service it as much. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
