How often should I put freon in my HVAC system?
You should never really have to put Freon in your unit; it’s a sealed system. If you’re putting Freon in your unit, it’s leaking somewhere.

The filter in your HVAC system should be changed out or cleaned every 30-60 days depending on how many pets you have and how many people are living the home.
