I had Billy from Elite Heat & Air come out today and he quickly diagnosed my problem. Was very friendly and professional. Elite put in an HVAC last year in my son’s home and last year they put in a 16 seer variable speed Carrier unit at my home. I have been more than pleased both times. I compared several other A/C companies and Elite came in at a better price too.

Daryl came by to give me an estimate on replacing my AC system. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He laid the options out plainly, going over everything clearly and gave transparency over all the fees. Also, Robert came to install the AC and he did a superb job as well. He knew exactly what he was doing and installed it quickly. He made sure he explained the system so I didn't have any questions and cleaned up behind himself. He showed professionalism throughout the entire process.

Calvin, did a good job of replacing the parts that were needed but I think $135 for a cap to be replaced on a wire was pretty expensive. And the Defrost board that was covered by my warranty but the labor was $271 I think the company is charging to much for labor. I think I will look for another company that’s in the area for future repair. I think they could’ve put the cost of that cap and took it off of replacing the defrost board instead of charging me twice because the AC unit still didn’t work with the replacement of the cap on the wire🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ I didn’t get a picture of the new defrost board 🤷🏽♀️

My name is Gil Cruz I had a installation on May11,2020 and where do I start I guess I can begin with the excellent professionalism by MS.Diana DiStefano who is the office manager at Elite AC as she made it work, to organizing the installation to giving a follow up during and after installation .and finally registering my unit to make sure that all my paperwork and guarantees were recorded.I must also state that the installers which I can’t remember their names were on point you could tell that they knew what they were doing as installation went quickly without a hitch.and finally I must include a Mr.Michael Cooper who sat down with us and explained in detail which unit was the right fit for our home you didn’t get the heavy pressure of trying to sell you what you don’t need a true professional.So I highly recommend Elite AC for all of your air conditioning needs...

Excellent service By the salesman/Tech Darrell Love. Explained everything to me in a manner in which a novice like myself could understand. After signing the contract I had my unit installed in a few days. The two installers were on time, efficient and explained everything about the unit and set my smart thermostat for me on my phone app.. They introduced themselves but I can’t remember their names but I’m very happy with their installation and knowledge about the equipment. Clean up was good...highly recommend this company because of all the people that were involved with my service

Mike and Erwin came to my home today for a duct cleaning. I was very impressed with their knowledge, politeness. They explained everything as they performed it. I was surprised at everything as I had never had this done before, nor had I dealt with the company before. The amount of lint that came out of my dryer was shocking. I will definitely be calling Mike and Erwin from Elite AC to perform not only the duct cleaning but will also use them to service my air conditioner.

Called Elite they came out to inspect the unit Darrell explained damage after finding the problem when hearing that cost to repair my husband and I decided to purchase a new unit. The installers Paul and Daniel arrived early the next day, they were very knowledgeable about the unit explaining the process allowing me to understand how to care for our unit. ELITE AC was the best experience in a bad situation. We had to replace the entire unit! We could not get over how nice and professional the guys were.They covered the floors where they had to work and they made sure that they cleaned up everywhere they touched ! We received 4 estimates and they had the best estimate! Even though they had the best estimate I was Leary about using them because they only been in business a few years. Well, I am absolutely glad that we chose ELITE!

We had problems with our ac called elite for second opinion after I’ve had a guy that didn’t know to Troubleshoot the issue so we called Elite they came at the same day it was a minor problem of a safety switch they fixed it on the spot was very professional and honest and

If you looking for quality and reliability for a new or existing AC unit, Elite AC is the company for you. I called on Wednesday night at 8pm and here I am Friday at 11 with clean ducts. The technicians, Mike and Erwin, were extremely informative and went out of their way to insure I was educated on the services they were providing. They even took extra steps, such as before and after photos which were instantly emailed to me and vacuumed/cleaned the small messes made by removing the vents. Overall the service was very exceptional and I'd quickly refer Elite AC to anyone with AC needs, new or repair. Thanks Again Mike and Erwin

Nothing worse than your a/c going out on a hot summer day. We called Elite and Darrell came right out to fix the problem. My husband and I discussed the options of replacing the whole system since ours was already 16 years old with Darrell and he gave us so many options to choose from. We decided on a larger unit that was more energy efficient than the one we had. We are very happy with the overall experience with Elite. From the professional installation, Darrell's knowledge and the quality of the product, I would highly recommend them for all your air conditioning needs! Great job guys! ????

Yesterday replaced old central AC unit with a new central AC system. The price was very good. Installation was done on the same day. No issues as far as I can tell. So far, very pleased with the promptness and courtesy of the installers and Elite AC staff. Will update this post in six months if any issues arise.

These guys have best prices in town, best service in town and to make everything better they actually respect you as a customer. I had a great experience all around w/Elite AC. I had them come out and give me an estimate on a new heat pump system. Darrell came out and was very thorough w/o the high pressure sales pitch. He answered all my questions and was very informative. John and Ivan installed my system and did a great job. They were clean, explained what they were doing and did a very nice job installing all the equipment and explaining how everything worked. We had an Awesome experience with Elite AC service technicians Mike with Elite they came with a friendly attitude and just went to work on cleaning our vents throughout our home, dryer vents and A/C check up, they were professional and a pleasure to deal with. Both technicians were very courteous and professional. We asked them to take off their shoes when entering the house and they instead stated that they had booties to put over their shoes which we were okay with. I would highly recommend both of the techs for future jobs elsewhere and would not hesitate to ask for them for any future work in our home.

My unit was 12 years old and needed a new compressor. I decided to get a new unit. It was in the 90s outside and I needed a quick insulation. Elite was able to install the new units the next day. The work was done quickly and neatly and so far the units run well.

We just had them come out and replace our aging ac unit which was almost 20 years old. We took 5 quotes from top rated google companies, Elite by far had the best price by far it wasn't even close.Darrell our sales person gave us 3 different options on systems he recommended to best fit our home. We ended up choosing Goodman because of the warranties they offered. Their installers did a wonderful job, and even showed us how to use our Nest thermostat on our phones. I will be recommending them to neighbors.

I knew from the very beginning this company was very people friendly! Brianna was the first employee customer contact and she was amazing! I was then set up with their sales person Darrell who was so kind and knowledgeable and a no pressure salesman. I felt very comfortable with this company! I was extremely please with the fast, friendly and professional work the install crew, John and Ivan showed comingthe next day. My husband and I had Mike and Erwin come to do our air duct cleaning. Friendly guys and explained what they were doing as they did it. The only thing I would have liked them to have done differently is taken a little bit more time to clean vents more thoroughly. Mike and Ervin did an excellent and thorough job cleaning my air ducts and my dryer. I am in a rental, and I'm pretty sure it's never been cleaned. The amount of debris that they removed was quite satisfying! They cleaned up after themselves, were courteous, and when I call this company in two years for my next cleaning, I hope they are the ones who come to do the work!

I had my new unit just a little over a year and my unit completely stopped working. I Called Elite only to get an answer machine. I had no choice to call another company who came out promptly and assessed the situation. The wires in the unit were peeled and A.c. tech said that , that should not have happened and plus it was wired wrong , both inside and the outside unit. The price may seem good but don't be fooled!!!

On the positive side, Alex and Mike did a thorough job in installing a new A/C system for our upstairs. They were courteous and professional.
On the other hand, I was not informed by them that the new air handler required an upgrade to the existing circuit breaker, and that Elite AC doesn't do electrical work. As was subsequently pointed out to me, the Elite AC work order does stipulate in item 4) on the 2nd page, "Home owner is responsible for change out of breakers to meet code requirement. Breakers must be changed out by licensed electrician."
I was fortunate in that all I needed was a higher amp circuit breaker, which ended up costing $89. Had I also required a higher grade wiring, my costs would have escalated exponentially.
So, my expectations of a one-time, complete install of a new A/C system was not achieved with Elite. Let the buyer beware...
On the other hand, I was not informed by them that the new air handler required an upgrade to the existing circuit breaker, and that Elite AC doesn't do electrical work. As was subsequently pointed out to me, the Elite AC work order does stipulate in item 4) on the 2nd page, "Home owner is responsible for change out of breakers to meet code requirement. Breakers must be changed out by licensed electrician."
I was fortunate in that all I needed was a higher amp circuit breaker, which ended up costing $89. Had I also required a higher grade wiring, my costs would have escalated exponentially.

Our ac unit recently started acting strange and shutting off before it cooled the house properly. We called elite a/c which installed it about a year and a half ago. They came to our house within 48 hours. Darrell Love was the advisor that came and he was very quick to assess what was wrong. He gave us tips on how we could take care of it and didn't try to sell us anything or charge us extra. Great service.

This is a wonderful company. Very professional and PROMPT! This is the 2nd time I've used them and have had NO complaints or issues. I believe my techs name was Brad(awesome guy) and he explains everything that is wrong in detail where it can be understood! And explains what needs to be done to repair the issue. No frills or exaggerations like other companies I've dealt with that just wanted money. I highly recommend Elite AC

They installed my AC system about a year and a half ago and did a fine job with the install. Every time I have had any sort of issue with the system, they have been quick to respond ASAP.
Just recently, I had an issue with the replacement thermostat Nest sent me. Daryl the technician was able to help me troubleshoot the issue and fix it over the phone without needing a service visit or incurring a service charge. I really appreciate the great customer service!

Great experience! Professionalism all around! Replaced complete split system. It's only been a few days since but I'm happy so far. The installers did an awesome job and cleaned up very, very well. Absolutely no trace of them being here.

It was more cost effective to replace the old unit in this house. The workers completed the installation the same day. The technician (Mr. Pan) who came to do the inspection after a month was very informative and gives customers a good education how to do proper maintenance. He also explains the importance of yearly maintenance which I find to be more valuable than the purchased home warranty I had. He also explained the importance of a surge protector for the unit, for which it had never occurred to me that you need one in the nation's lightning capital a power surge could occur any time. I will get that later and request Mr. Pan to install. Great customer service.

The reviews just does not justify the level of service provided by elete Air . The sales person sales guy Daryl sure knows how to sell but , forget the cardinal rule of following up with a new customer until the job is completed . The level of service is totally unprofessional from he sales person . I was told one time for instillation then it suddenly got changed to another with out my knowledge. I called today and express my dissatisfaction with the level of service provided by Daryl . The manager guaranteed she would follow up when the guys were on the way , she also stated they show her to me sooner rather than later because they have extre crew working with them . She stated they should be getting to you by noon or so . Well it’s not 2:15 I had to call and follow up again to see what time they would arrive to start and finish instillation . I was told they should arrive within 30 minutes . Well it has been more than 30 minutes no calls and no technicians. This is the worst service I have ever received from any company on time management and professionalism.

I do hope the owner are reading these emails . Apparently the employees do work long hours and not paid well . Per one of the employees he was putting his 2 weeks notice in because he is overworked with little pay and has been with the company since they open -Indication of the level of service to expect from management . The technician were more professional than the sales person .

I had a new unit installed, but apparently something was not quite right, because my AC was still unable to regulate/stabilize anything lower than 76° (even when I set it lower, down to 72°).
At my scheduled inspection, the inspector, Pan, quickly determined the problem, and went about making repairs and adjustments.
He took extra time to make sure the wires and PVC pipe were secured to the outer brick wall of my house, filled up gaps with foam, and even showed me which breakers needed to be changed out/swapped.
Couldn't have asked for a more diligent worker. Thank you, Pan!!

Elites personnel were professionals, polite and explained the entire process to me while in my home. There was no pressure to buy more than was needed or wanted. The job was done quickly and they cleaned up behind themselves. I will definitely use Elite AC again in the future.

I wanted to give this company the highest of praises for their professionalism & integrity! I called them for a second opinion, a different company told us we had a leak in our copper line & that we needed to replace the copper which would cost around $1800.00 & they recommended I should replace the entire system for around $7,000.00. I called Elite out and true to their word they gave me a free 2nd opinion. The technician was able to locate the leak in the coil in the air handler (it was not in the copper line as the other company stated) I could tell their tech knew his stuff because he showed me on his leak tool where it was beeping from, had we replaced the copper we still would

They just finished up my new system install and I couldn't be happier. Darrell is a rock star! His sincerity and genuineness sold the job because I knew I could trust him. Elite delivered exactly as Darrell promised. When the installers ran into a difficult situation, he was here and up on the ladder getting it done! Overall, my experience with Elite AC definitely exceeded expectations.

Mile and Erwin were awesome. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about A/C maintenance and gave me great advice. Erwin scurried around from room to room with Mike getting all of the returns and vents cleaned quickly and efficiently. I HIGHLY recommend Elite .BTW my clothes dryer is only a year old and the picture of the lint on the roof was disturbing. Have your dryer vent cleaned too!!!

Reliable and trustworthy company! I used them in the summer when my system would not blow cold air anymore. At that time I thought the system was done b/c it was already 13 years old. The tech that came out discovered that it was not and just a short circuit in compressor. Fast forward several months later and I decided to replace the unit. My first and only call was to Elite AC. Ben in sales was good to work with and the guys who installed my new system did an excellent job! I will continue to use them and highly recommend them!

Mike and Erwin are very professional. They are not one of those technicians that will come to your house and don't explain what is going on your a/c system. They cleaned the vents and the dryer vents very fast and accurate. They found something on our a/c system that the regular a/c company that we have for years never found. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Incrediable / Outstanding/ Superb!!! This is how i will describe Ben the technician and his helper Mel. They explain what they were going to do then they executed perfectly. I have experience many companies but Elite ac is the best ever and i will tell all my friends and coworkers about your fantastic service. The BEST experience I've ever had with any A/C company. Mike and Erwin showed up ahead of time, took time to walk through the house, then began cleaning vents. They worked diligently to complete the Duct Cleaning Premium Package, then Erwin continued to flush the drain lines and clean up before leaving. Mike took time to educate me on how to keep the interior of the unit clean, and how to keep the drain lines clear. I would highly recommend Mike and Erwin, and Elite AC for all your AC needs!

Honestly, I have never had such a smooth, pleasurable experience with a company as I have with Elite AC and I have had to have numerous encounters with them. They are polite, patient, understanding, professional, and respectful, which are VERY important to me as a single mother. Safety and allowing workers inside my home are scary and both Mike and Irwin (sorry if I misspelled) were so respectful and understanding of that in this aspect. They will be the ONLY providers of my AC from now on!

Victor and Forrest came out and did a great job on my platinum package cleaning and tune up. They also took care of build up in my fan. I feel a lot better now about the cleanliness of the A/C air entering my home. I'll definitely use Elite AC again.

The first time I used this company I have VERY mixed reviews. At first they were great, the technicians were super nice and helpful and the office staff scheduled me in right away. I explained to the office staff the way to send payment they said no problem. The work was done on Friday and Monday they called demanding payment for a $190 job. They never sent a invoice on Friday for the work. On Monday, after they sent the invoice, not even two hours later they called demanding payment and said they would remove the part if I don't pay within 2 hours. Such a shame one person ruins the perception of a company. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. Nathan Bar was the associate who single handedly was disrespectful and inconsiderate to a first time consumer.

We will definitely be using this company again for future issues and regular maintenance. Within a couple of hours calling on a weekend we had a service technician available to help us. Our technician Farren was super courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. He was very personable and was reason enough to continue using the company. The price for service is above and beyond fair and we could not be happier with the work performed.

I would highly recommend Elite AC! We are new homeowners as of May. Our AC had a temporary outage last night for a couple of hours and then it suddenly came back on but the the unit was leaking water. From research online we were guessing it was a clogged drain line. We found Elite AC in the Money Pages magazine and saw that they had a $49 tune up special which included drain cleaning. We were able to schedule an appointment over the phone last night for THIS MORNING (window of 10am-2pm).
The gentleman called to inform us of their estimated arrival time 40 mins before hand. They arrived and were very professional. They gave us several tips on how to clean the filter and how to keep the drain from getting clogged again and how often to do these things. They also provided tips on how to save money on our electric bill and let us know what kind of shape our unit was in and the status of everything they checked.
Great experience! We will definitely continue using them for annual tune ups and any other AC needs that come up down the road.

Had my AC duct cleaned and did some repairs. I would highly recommend Mike and Erwin from the Elite AC team. They are very courteous, professional and very thorough. My daughter and I suffer from allergies so I called them to come clean the air ducts out. My technicians were Ben & Mel they and they did a great job! They were both very respectful of my home, & they made sure to answer any questions I had. I never had my ducts cleaned before which Ben noticed so he explained to me what he was doing as they were doing it. Ben explained to me that if I changed my filter once a month & poured vinegar down my drain line on the Ac that I could prevent dust & gunk from building up in my system. I went ahead & purchased a service plan from them as well. 5 stars all around! Highly recommend them to have your ducts cleaned. The air already seems much cleaner!

I received estimates from 5 companies during my research. Elite was in line with reasonable and customary charges, noticed things that the other companies didn't, didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need, were responsive to every question I posed via email. During the install, they protected my flooring, left no debris behind, and replaced a factory defective smart thermostat within 2 business days (after installing a generic one to use in the interim). They even filed my warranty paperwork for the new units. These guys ROCK!
